Download the myVRN app for fips bookings
If you’re using fips as part of your journey alongside other train or bus services, the myVRN app is ideal for booking fips. As well as standard journey information, it also provides all the details you need about timetables and tickets.
If you’re travelling exclusively with fips within a service area – for example, to visit the doctor or for a similar reason – the VRNflexline/fips on-demand app is ideal. It’s available from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
- Flexible: Passengers can use fips exactly when they need it. fips is not only flexible, but also more efficient thanks to the smart grouping of passengers travelling on similar routes.
- Personalised: fips takes passengers from A to B within its service areas and operating hours, on demand and without a fixed timetable.
- Accessibility: Step boards and electric sliding doors make boarding easier for people with reduced mobility. Assistance with boarding is also available. For passengers who rely on a wheelchair, vehicles have been adapted to be wheelchair-accessible. For families with children, child seats can be booked as an extra. There is space in the boot for a pushchair or a walking frame. Please specify any such requirements when booking.
- Shuttle: Our electric vehicles are powered by electricity sourced from renewable energy and have five passenger seats.
