Changes to services due to Monnem Pride

This year’s Monnem Pride will take place in Mannheim city centre on Saturday, 11 July 2026. Due to the march, there will be disruption to services on several routes in three phases.

Phase 0

Valid from the start of service until around 12.15 pm and from around 4 pm until the end of service

Line 2

• Shortened route between Feudenheim and Alte Feuerwache
• The stops at Neumarkt, Bürgermeister-Fuchs-Straße and Neckarstadt West will not be served

Line 55

• Diversion in both directions between Bunsenstraße and Kurpfalzbrücke
• The following stops are not served: MARCHIVUM, Lortzingstraße and Alte Feuerwache 

Route 61

• Valid from approximately 9 am to approximately 2 pm
• Diversion in both directions between Otto-Beck-Straße and MA Hauptbahnhof
• The following stops will be omitted: Am Friedrichsplatz, Wasserturm and Kunsthalle
• Additional stops at Werderstraße and Tattersall

Valid from approximately 12.15 pm to approximately 1.45 pm 

Line 1

Northern section

• Shortened route between Schönau and Alte Feuerwache; from there, a diversion via Gewerkschaftshaus to the University Hospital and onwards as line 4/4A to the Waldfriedhof or Käfertaler Wald

Southern section

• Shortened route between Rheinau Station and MA Central Station; from there, continuing as Line 4/4A to Friesenheim Mitte or Ebertpark

Line 2

• Shortened route between Feudenheim and the University Hospital; from there, a diversion via Schafweide and Alte Feuerwache to the National Theatre and back to Feudenheim
• The following stops are not served: Rosengarten, Wasserturm, Strohmarkt, Paradeplatz, MA Rathaus/rem, Rheinstraße, Dalbergstraße, MVV-Hochhaus, Kurpfalzbrücke, Neumarkt, Bürgermeister-Fuchs-Straße and Neckarstadt West
• Additional service to the Schafweide and Gewerkschaftshaus stops

Line 3

• Route split

Northern section

• Shortened route between Sandhofen and Alte Feuerwache; from there, a diversion to the Nationaltheater and onwards as Line 7 to Vogelstang
• Additional service to the Gewerkschaftshaus stop

Southern section

• Shortened route between Rheingoldhalle and MA Hauptbahnhof Süd; from there, a diversion to the University and onward as Line 7 to Rheingönheim

Line 4/4A

• Route split

Northern section

• Shortened route between Waldfriedhof or Käfertaler Wald and the University Hospital; from there, a diversion via the National Theatre to the Alte Feuerwache and continuing as Line 1 to Schönau

Southern section

• Shortened route between Friesenheim Mitte or Ebertpark and MA Hauptbahnhof; from there, continues as Line 1 to Rheinau Bf

Line 5

• Diversion in both directions between Collini-Center and the National Theatre
• The following stops are omitted: Abendakademie, Marktplatz, Paradeplatz, Schloss, Universität, MA Hauptbahnhof, Kunsthalle and Rosengarten
• Additional service to the Gewerkschaftshaus stop

Line 7

• Split route

Northern section

• Shortened route between Vogelstang and Nationaltheater; from there, a diversion to the Alte Feuerwache and onwards as Line 3 to Sandhofen

Southern section

• Shortened route between Rheingönheim Neubruch and the University (deviating from Route B); from there, a diversion to MA Hauptbahnhof Süd and continuing as Line 3 to the Rheingoldhalle

Line 15

• Shortened route between Heddesheim Station and Käfertal Station; from there, continues as Line 5 towards Heidelberg

Phase 2

Valid from approximately 1.45 pm until approximately 4 pm 

Line 1

• Diversion in both directions between Alte Feuerwache (using platforms D or E) and Tattersall
• The following stops will not be served: Abendakademie, Marktplatz, Paradeplatz, Schloss, Universität and MA Hauptbahnhof
• Additional services will run to the stops Schafweide, Theresienkrankenhaus, Nationaltheater, Rosengarten and Kunsthalle

Line 2

• Shortened route between Feudenheim and Rosengarten; from there, diversion to MA Hauptbahnhof
• The following stops are not served: Wasserturm, Strohmarkt, Paradeplatz, MA Rathaus/rem, Rheinstraße, Dalbergstraße, MVV-Hochhaus, Kurpfalzbrücke, Alte Feuerwache, Neumarkt, Bürgermeister-Fuchs-Straße and Neckarstadt West
• Additional service to the Kunsthalle and MA Hauptbahnhof stops

Line 3

• Diversion in both directions between Alte Feuerwache (using platform D or E, as appropriate) and Kunsthalle
• Stops at Abendakademie, Marktplatz, Paradeplatz, Strohmarkt and Wasserturm will not be served
• Additional stops at Schafweide, Theresienkrankenhaus, Nationaltheater and Rosengarten

Line 4/4A

• Diversion in both directions between Kunsthalle and Universitätsklinikum
• The following stops are not served: Wasserturm, Strohmarkt, Paradeplatz, Marktplatz, Abendakademie, Alte Feuerwache and Schafweide
• Additional stops at Rosengarten, Nationaltheater and Theresienkrankenhaus

Line 5

• Diversion in both directions between Collini-Center and Nationaltheater
• The following stops are not served: Abendakademie, Marktplatz, Paradeplatz, Schloss, Universität, MA Hauptbahnhof, Kunsthalle and Rosengarten
• Additional service to the Gewerkschaftshaus stop

Line 7

• Diversion in both directions between Universität and Nationaltheater
• The following stops are not served: Schloss, Paradeplatz, Marktplatz, Abendakademie and Gewerkschaftshaus
• Additional stops at MA Hauptbahnhof, Kunsthalle and Rosengarten 

Line 15

• Shortened route between Heddesheim Station and Käfertal Station; from there, continues as Line 5 towards Heidelberg

Line 55

• Shortened route between Käfertal Station and Bunsenstraße; from there, diverted to Neckarstadt West
