The environmentally friendly electric vehicles can be booked spontaneously and flexibly via the fips app. You determine the start, destination and departure time, because fips takes you to your destination within the service areas. The journey requests of several passengers with similar routes or destinations are intelligently combined.

Journeys from and to the bus stop almost to your front door on the first and last mile, the way to the shops, doctor's appointments or leisure outings: fips makes it easier and more convenient. Enter your starting point and destination, select your departure time and ride fips in an environmentally friendly way!

• Flexible: Passengers can use fips exactly when they need it. fips intelligently bundles passengers together on similar routes in the interests of the environment. This is not only more efficient, but also helps to reduce car traffic and to protect our climate.
• Individual: fips takes passengers from A to B within the service areas and times, on demand and without a fixed timetable.
• People: Steps and electric sliding doors make boarding easier for passengers with limited mobility. Assistance can also be provided when boarding. Vehicles have been adapted for wheelchair users. Child seats can be booked for families with children. There is space for a pushchair in the luggage compartment. Please indicate such requests when booking.
• Shuttle: Our environmentally friendly electric vehicles run on 100 per cent green electricity and have five passenger seats.
