Tenders
Unless otherwise described in the announcement text, bids must be submitted exclusively in electronic form via the online portal. To do so, please log in to the announcement platform with your user name and password. If you are not yet registered in the system, you can do so on the platform. Registration is free of charge. You can then search for the title of the procedure on the homepage, for example, using the direct search as a search term. Then follow the instructions in the system to take part in the procedure. The electronic tender must be submitted to the awarding authority via the awarding platform with all the required documents by the tender deadline. You can withdraw your submitted tender or make changes up to the submission deadline; the revised tender must be submitted in the same way.
Communication between bidders and the awarding authority (e.g. for bidder queries, arranging viewing appointments, etc.) takes place exclusively via the eProcurement platform using the "Messages" function. Telephone, written or e-mail enquiries will not be answered by the awarding office. Applicants and bidders are therefore obliged to check their electronic mailbox regularly to see whether messages have been received. As a rule, you will receive an e-mail notification immediately after receiving a message or new information about the existence of a new message in the bidder assistant. You must therefore take note of all responses in the assistant. The data received as part of the award procedure will be stored by the awarding authority and the service provider commissioned by the awarding authority and used to process the tender in compliance with the GDPR.
