Lost Property

Whether lost property is handed in to our drivers, at one of our depots or at the mobility centres: We take all your lost items to the lost property offices in the cities of Heidelberg, Mannheim and Ludwighafen. Sometimes it can take a few days for valuables, a new favourite jacket, a forgotten gym bag or a lost toy to be handed over to one of the municipal lost property offices. It is always worth asking!

Please note that items lost on Line 5 are handed over either to Heidelberger Dienste or the lost property office of the city of Mannheim. In the case of lines 4, 4A, 6, 6A, 7, 8 and 9, which cross the Rhine, lost property is handed over either to the lost property office of the city of Mannheim or the city of Ludwigshafen.
