Conditions of Carriage
So that all passengers arrive safely and comfortably: The conditions of carriage of the Rhine-Neckar Transport Association (VRN) create the legal basis for the entire operation of the transport companies in the region and are intended to promote mutual consideration and respectful interaction with one another.
By boarding our buses and trams, you automatically agree to the VRN conditions of carriage. Please note: Separate rnv rules apply to the carriage of e-scooters and bicycles.
As our lines 4, 5/5A, 9, 15 and 24 also fall under the Railway Construction and Operating Regulations (EBO/ESBO) as railway lines, the following conditions of carriage recognised by rnv also apply here:
