Closure of the Paradeplatz in the evening and at night

Due to construction work, Paradeplatz must be closed to rail traffic between Monday, 2 February and Thursday, 5 February 2026, from around 10:45 p.m. to 4 a.m. the following day.

• Diversion in both directions between MA Hauptbahnhof and Alte Feuerwache
• cancellation of the stops Universität, Schloss, Paradeplatz, Marktplatz and Abendakademie
• Additional service to the Kunsthalle, Rosengarten, Gewerkschaftshaus and Kurpfalzbrücke Ost stops

Line 2

• Diversion in both directions between Nationaltheater and Alte Feuerwache
• cancellation of the stops Rosengarten, Wasserturm, Strohmarkt, Paradeplatz, MA Rathaus/rem, Rheinstraße, Dalbergstraße, MVV-Hochhaus and Kurpfalzbrücke
• Additional service to the Gewerkschaftshaus and Kurpfalzbrücke Ost stops

• Diversion in both directions between Kunsthalle and Alte Feuerwache
• cancellation of the Wasserturm, Strohmarkt, Paradeplatz, Marktplatz and Abendakademie stops
