Closure of the northern bridge

From Saturday 1 August 2026, the Nordbrückenkopf – the junction between the Hochstraße Nord (B44) and the Kurt-Schumacher-Brücke – will be closed to motorised traffic.
The rnv tram routes 6/6A and 12, as well as the S-Bahn line S44 to and from the BASF site – sections of which run beneath the northern bridge abutment – are not affected by the works.

- Diversion in the direction of Berliner Platz (LU Mitte station) between Pasadenaallee and Berliner Platz (LU Mitte station)
- The Rhein-Galerie stop will be omitted
