Closure of the Kammerschleuse

Due to construction work, the Kammerschleuse will be closed to traffic from Wednesday 8 July up to and including Thursday 9 July 2026.

Towards Käfertal railway station

• Diversion between Bunsenstraße and Luzenberg
• The following stops are not served: Bonadiesstraße, Kammerschleuse, Dürstelschlag, Rheinrottstraße, Niederweid, Hombuschstraße, Weidenwörth, Bastion and Diffenébrücke
• Additional service to the stops at Fardelystraße, Industriestraße and Hafenpark
• The stops that are no longer served will be served by route 55E

Towards Kurpfalzbrücke

• Diversion between Luzenberg and Bunsenstraße
• The following stops are cancelled: Diffenébrücke, Bastion, Weidenwörth, Hombuschstraße, Niederweid, Rheinrottstraße, Dürstelschlag, Kammerschleuse and Bonadiesstraße
• Additional service to the Pyramidenstraße and Neckarstadt West stops
• Service to the omitted stops provided by route 55E

Line 55E

• Shuttle service between Luzenberg and Kammerschleuse
• Serving the stops at Luzenberg, Diffenébrücke, Bastion, Weidenwörth, Hombuschstraße, Niederweid, Rheinrottstraße, Dürstelschlag and Kammerschleuse
