Closure of the Konrad Adenauer Bridge

The closure of the Konrad Adenauer Bridge continues to affect the transport services offered by Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (rnv). Until further notice, the following diversions apply on several railway lines.

Line 4/4A

• Diversion in both directions between LU Hauptbahnhof (deviating tracks 3 and 4) and Universität
• cancellation of the stops Bürgermeister-Kutterer-Straße, Pfalzbau and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße
• additional service to the stops Südwest-Stadion, Wittelsbachplatz, Schützenstraße, Ludwigstraße, LU Rathaus, Handelshafen/Jungbusch Bf, Rheinstraße, MA Rathaus/rem and Schloss
• Changed departure positions at the Berliner Platz stop (Bf LU Mitte): Direction Oggersheim/Bad Dürkheim Bf at platform A, direction Waldfriedhof/Käfertaler Wald at platform B

Line 7 (MA)

• deviating route from Vogelstang from Nationaltheater via Rosengarten, Wasserturm and Strohmarkt to Paradeplatz and then on the regular route back to Vogelstang

Line 7 (LU)

• regular route between Oppau Fritz-Haber-Straße (BASF Tor 12+13) and Berliner Platz (Bf LU Mitte)
• from there, alternating (every 20 minutes) either via the stops Schützenstraße, Rottstraße and Amtsgericht to Luitpoldhafen or via the stops Schützenstraße, Wittelsbachplatz, Südwest-Stadion, LU Hauptbahnhof, Marienkirche, Heinrich-Ries-Halle, LU Klinikum and Ebertpark/Fichtestraße to Ebertpark

Line 8X

• no service

Line 9X

• Diversion in both directions between LU Hauptbahnhof (deviating tracks 3 and 4) and Universität
• cancellation of the Pfalzbau and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße stops
• additional service to the stops Südwest-Stadion, Wittelsbachplatz, LU Rathaus, Rheinstraße, MA Rathaus/rem, Paradeplatz and Schloss
• Changed departure positions at the Berliner Platz stop (LU Mitte station): direction Bad Dürkheim Bf at platform A, direction Luisenpark/Technoseum at platform B
