Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (rnv) is renewing the track system in Dossenheimer Landstraße in several construction phases until autumn 2026.
Line 5
- Regular service, except during the renovation phases
- Service to the new Johann-Fischer-Straße stop (formerly Biethsstraße)
- Elimination of the Handschuhsheim Burgstraße stop

Monday - Friday (until around 6 pm)
- Regular service between Bismarckplatz and Schriesheim Bf, except during the renovation phases
- Service to the new Johann-Fischer-Straße stop (formerly Biethsstraße)
- Cancellation of the Handschuhsheim Burgstraße stop
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
- Shortened route between Bismarckplatz and Kapellenweg/ Heiligenbergschule and Hans-Thoma-Platz
- Cancellation of the Handschuhsheim Burgstraße and Johann-Fischer-Straße stops
Line 38
- runs every 30 minutes during the construction work
- runs once an hour at the Burgstraße stop
