Different operation due to carnival parade

On Tuesday, 17 February 2026, the carnival parade will take place in Heidelberg city centre. In the course of the event, there will be deviating operations on several rnv train and bus lines in the period from around 12:30 pm to around 6 pm (train) and around 8 pm (bus).
Line 5
- Diversion in both directions between Gneisenaustraße Süd and Hans-Thoma-Platz
- cancellation of the stops HD Hauptbahnhof, Stadtwerke, Stadtbücherei, Seegarten, Bismarckplatz, Brückenstraße, Kußmaulstraße, Blumenthalstraße and Kapellenweg
