Function to support people with visual impairments
Stop guidance supports visually impaired and blind passengers when boarding and travelling by bus and tram. With the help of a GPS-controlled signal, attention is drawn to the journey previously selected in the app's departure monitor when boarding. During the journey, it is also possible to activate an exit reminder for any stop.

How do I find the stop guidance?

In the departure monitor of the selected stop, journeys that have stop guidance are marked with a corresponding pictogram in the form of a transmission mast.
Stop guidance can be activated via the additional functions of the selected journey. If the corresponding vehicle is in the vicinity, the smartphone emits a signal. When the vehicle arrives, the frequency of the signal increases.
