Please observe the notice periods!
Cancellations at the end of the current month are possible (in accordance with the tariff and contract provisions) until the 10th of the current month - for example, a cancellation for 31 December 2025 must be made by 10 December 2025 at the latest. Terminations submitted after this date at the end of the current month can only be made at the end of the next month - for example, terminations for 31 December 2025 that are submitted from 11 December 2025 will not be implemented until 31 January 2026.

Once you have successfully submitted the form, you will be redirected to a page confirming your cancellation. You will also receive an e-mail with the data you have entered. This is not a confirmation of cancellation.
After we have processed your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by post.
