You can order and manage the following tickets in Abo-Online at abo.rnv-online.de:
- Deutschlandticket (also #hd4mobility)
- D-Ticket JugendBW (also #hd4mobility)
- Job ticket (administration only, order via company portal)
You can also display your ticket digitally in the rnv/VRN Handy Ticket app.
Your subscription in just a few steps
- Select your subscription and the desired start date in Abo-Online.
- Enter your personal details and bank details and complete the order process.
- If you have selected your subscription as a chip card, you will receive your ticket from us by mail in good time before the start of the contract. If you have purchased your season ticket digitally, you can view it in the rnv/VRN Handy Ticket app after purchase.
Manage your season ticket conveniently
- If you want to take out a season ticket for the first time, register with your e-mail address. You will then receive your password by e-mail.
- If you are already a season ticket holder, you can register with your rnv customer number, your date of birth and the last five digits of your IBAN.
- You can view and manage your subscription and your personal data online at any time.
- You can extend your D-Ticket JugendBW by uploading proof of eligibility.
