After a brief automated greeting, callers can be independently transferred directly to the extension corresponding to their needs.

Simply enter a 1 (for fares/12-month tickets/general questions), a 2 (for information on timetables/mobility) or a 3 (to make suggestions/complaints).

Naturally RNV's staff is always available for talks in person at our customer service centres.
