Underway with Pets / Luggage
When transporting pets, their owners must observe certain rules.
- Passengers must provide for their pets and monitor them in such a way that safe and orderly operation of our vehicles is not impaired or jeopardised.
- Other passengers should neither be endangered nor inconvenienced by these pets.
- In particular dogs that could endanger other passengers must wear a muzzle.
- Pets may not be placed on seats.
- Pets will only be conveyed when under the supervision of a person suitable for this purpose.
- Small pets should only be taken aboard public transportation vehicles when carried in suitable containers.
- The fare to be paid for dogs is the same as that for children (single-ride or multiple-ride ticket).
- With tickets that permit other persons or pets to accompany the ticket holder, it is possible to take along a dog within the respective time frames indicated, without paying an additional fare.
- Seeing Eye dogs that are accompanying persons with impaired vision are always eligible to be conveyed without charge.
Underway with Baggage
RNV's passengers are requested to take only easily transportable luggage aboard RNV's vehicles. Bulky items or dangerous substances cannot be conveyed on RNV's vehicles.
Other passengers should also not be endangered or inconvenienced by transporting such luggage. Passengers are liable for any damage caused by their negligence. Bei selbst versuchte Schäden haftet der Fahrgast selbst.
