The combination of low-floor trams and elevated platforms has been steadily expanded, thereby facilitating unobstructed boarding and exiting RNV's vehicles for passengers with Zimmer frames or similar aids, prams or wheelchairs.
The adjacent overview of bus and tram stations provides information on all of the stations in RNV's network of routes that are equipped with elevated platforms and thus permit significantly easier boarding and exiting of VRN's low-floor vehicles.

Thanks to utilising state-of-the-art low-floor tramcars, boarding and exiting in a wheelchair is both convenient and level at stops equipped with elevated platforms. Moreover, many of RNV's tramcars and buses have special ramps, which permit wheelchair-accessible boarding even for platforms with lower kerbs (minimum height 18 cm).
